One day, this little 85-year-old man was sitting on a creek bank fishing when a frog hopped up next to him. The old man looked at the frog and the frog said, “If you kiss me, I’ll turn into a beautiful woman and will be your bride.”
The old man rubbed his eyes and looked back at the frog and the frog repeated the same thing, “If you kiss me, I’ll turn into a beautiful woman and will be your bride.”
The man gathered up his fishing gear, then grabbed the frog, and went home.
When he got home, he sat the frog on the sofa next to him and just stared at the frog. The frog again said, “If you kiss me, I’ll turn into a beautiful woman and will be your bride.”
The man just kept staring at the frog until the frog said, “I’ve told you three times that if you kiss me I’ll turn into a beautiful woman and will be your bride. Now, why won’t you kiss me?”
The old man answered and said, “At my age, I’d rather have a talking frog.”
